Why Did Safemoon Upgrade To Safemoon 2.0

Because the SafeMoon V1 Contract was not established by the SafeMoon Team, the code was quite restrictive and didn't appear to help SafeMoon achieve its genuine vision and aims. 

As a result, the team created SafeMoon V2 an new contract that will serve as the foundation for SafeMoon's future. 

This contract has a lot of features and gives the team a lot of control that they didn't have before with version 1.

How To Migrate Your Safemoon Tokens

The instructions are very straightforward in this sense; the tokens stay the same, but the blockchain has changed due to modifications to the contract: 


 The tokens V1 and V2 are the same, but the blockchain is a separate species. First, consolidate and improve the current contract. When we're ready, upgrade to blockchain. 

There's no need to be concerned if your tokens are traded on an exchange, and there's no need to personally set up the changeover. The migration will be handled by the exchanges themselves, and you will be notified by email when it is complete.
